The American Institute for Maghrib Studies (AIMS) sponsors three panels each year at the annual MESA meeting. AIMS will be accepting proposals for AIMS sponsorship of MESA panels through Wednesday, February 7th. Anyone interested in having AIMS sponsor a panel, please email your panel abstract and list of presenters by February 7, 2018 to AIMS@AIMSNorthAfrica.org.
To qualify for AIMS sponsorship, the topic must be related to North Africa and the majority of presenters need to be current AIMS members. AIMS is allowed to sponsor only up to three panels and the final selection will be made by committee.
