The AIMS Annual Grants Program for US Citizens offers short and long term grants to US scholars interested in conducting research on North Africa in any Maghrib country, specifically Algeria, Mauritania, Morocco, or Tunisia. Applications are due January 31, 2022.
Graduate Student Prize: The Mark Tessler AIMS Graduate Student Prize Award is for student members of AIMS who have presented a paper (live or virtually) in 2021. We urge faculty members of AIMS to encourage your students to be aware of and submit for the Prize. The winner is awarded $750.00. Submissions are due December 31st, 2021.
