Fulbright-Hays DDRA Info Session and Technical Review Workshop
February 1, 2019 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm CST
The 2019-2020 Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) competition is now open. It funds doctoral candidates (US citizens, nationals, or permanent residents) to conduct research in other countries, in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of 6 to 12 months. The grant does not fund research whose focus is on Western European countries (though it does allow & fund research visits to western European countries that are part of a larger project focused elsewhere).
The deadline for submission of a complete application, including all supporting documents, is 10:00 am, Thursday, March 21, 2019. Go to http://iris.wisc.edu/funding/students/ddra/ for complete information on the application process & campus guidance, documents, and deadlines.
IRIS will offer a Fulbright-Hays DDRA information session & technical review workshop for UW-Madison students this Friday, February 1, 3:00 – 4:00 pm in 336 Ingraham Hall.
