- Lili Dalton is Program Manager (Africa) in Programs, Partnerships, and Policy Team of Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security, U.S. Department of State
- Tristan Tafolla is Director of International Risk Management at Columbia University
