Fall 2020 Model Arab League Opportunities
The National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations cordially invites instructors and students to participate in an online Youth Leadership Development Program / Model Arab League conference this fall. The program is open to high school and university students. Model Arab League is an educational, role-playing exercise simulating meetings of the 22-member League of Arab States.
Each year thousands of students participate in Youth Leadership Development Programs / Model Arab Leagues across the United States and around the globe. Through the program, students develop valuable skills from leadership and public speaking to critical thinking and writing, all while also gaining practical, immediate knowledge about the Middle East and the Arab region.
While conferences are presently unable to convene in the traditional, in-person format, the National Council has configured an online platform that provides students the opportunity to continue participating in the Youth Leadership Development Program / Model Arab League. The Council will administer Model Arab League conferences online until it is safe to resume in-person events.
